My family's favorite place for sushi! The food is always fresh and delicious with friendly service.

Good sushi, attentive staff, affordable all you can eat, and it's BYOB. You can't lose.

This is a small shop tucked away from the busy road. The service was nice and the food was good for ayce sushi, the variety of special rolls was nice the only thing we weren't a fan of was the amount of sauce they put on all the rolls it was a lot of sauce. But we enjoyed it & loved how nice the owner was. They even gave us a free bag of candy when we left

Hubby and I gravitate towards AYCE when it comes to sushi because we like a variety of rolls, nigiri and everything else that comes with the menu: teriyaki flavored meats, udon noodle soup and so on. We stopped in one afternoon after a family day to the zoo. My first reaction was that the place is clean although small. We were greeted by a kind server who let us choose where to sit. We picked a table by the window to the right of the entrance for our family of 6. Our waters and drinks were brought out quickly. Right away, we ordered several miso soups and some meat for our hungry wild young boys (5 and 2) and baby (10 months). Our boys aren't picky eaters but will occasionally prefer certain food items over others so it was nice to see kid-friendly options on the menu. The non-sushi items we ordered were flavorful, tasted great and kept the kids full while we ordered sushi. I don't remember what we ordered (several rolls and a good amount of raw fish) but everything we got was delicious! Our oldest (10) loves California rolls and I am a sucker for anything that has shrimp tempura in it, so I ordered a roll for him to try (husband and I are trying to encourage him to try more sushi to expand his palate). He pleasantly enjoyed it = big win for us. The sashimi was awesome and tasted fresh. The salmon was my favorite, and my husband enjoyed the tuna a lot. All in all, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to come back. It wasn't busy when we went in but everyone was kind and patient especially with our kids. We honestly cannot wait to be back.

When you enter Yuki Hana, you are greeted by a host who is friendly and accommodating. The owner is super friendly too! He thought we all looked so nice, and helped us get a group photo of everyone. The sushi buffet unlimited sushi option is to die for! We always start with chicken and shrimp teriyaki and some salads. The kani salad is fresh and topped with spicy mayo which makes it double yummy. Some of our favorite rolls from the ayce sushi list are Mountian, Mexican, and Beauty and the Beast. They also offer sashimi, udon bowls, and a wide array of Japanese appetizers. The byob option is great, and there's a liquor store in the same complex.

10 years later, still going on strong! Yuki Hana offers good quality sushi from Korean owners and it's likely to be the best in this area away from the Fort Lee/Pal Park area where there's stiff competition. Yeah, it was a blast from the past as I think I last visited in 2011 based on a recommendation from a friend who said Yuki Hana is the best in the area. I went, and back then I wasn't disappointed. It's Korean-owned and their approach to sushi is def. better than the ubiquitous Chinese-owned sushi places that use less fresh ingredients + a lot of sauce to cover things up. I was visiting my favorite auto mechanic in the area, and stopped by when I saw their name come up. A lady took my name over the phone when I called just in case as it's a smallish place. Once there, this familiar cozy atmosphere greeted my wife and me, and we were seated promptly by a polite waiter. (It was only 20% full) Waiter was prompt and courteous - We got the shumai, pink lady roll, yellowtail with scallion maki, and shrimp tempura udon. I remembered that they had hwe dup bap (Korean style sashimi over rice) and they also had several more "go-to" Korean items now like seafood scallion pancake & Korean soups. While I was using the rest room, the owner gave us Yuki Hana roll (4/5) to try and I found it both well-presented and very enjoyable to eat - it kind of broke because it's slightly unruly type with Kani lying on top, but I was pleasantly surprised by its great texture and umami flavor. Not too overly saucy but just saucy enough to please the saucy peeps, which I was one of at the moment. Shumai was good but slightly heavy on the teriyaki sauce drizzle, though I thought that was an interesting concept. (3/5) Yellowtail tasted fresh and def. allowed me to focus more on the freshness of the fish (4/5), while Pink Lady was a bit heavier fare than Yuki due to having more raw fish, but as such, was more filling and satisfying. (4/5) Shrimp Tempura Udon (3/5) brought me right back - Yuki Hana does Japanese udon differently - with long strands of boiled onions and red/yellow bell peppers, in a umami dashi broth. Just know you've got a lot to chew on - it may or may not be your thing but I enjoyed it. 2 shrimp tempura was good, though nothing exceptional. They were very courteous throughout, the owner and the front lady both came to check on us and engaged in short conversations, like warning us that udon bowl is hot, or the front lady asking me if I was Eric because it turns out she had been saving our seat on the other side but I forgot to announce myself, etc. Very pleasant - I almost wondered if they knew me from before or somewhere. Towards the end of our meal, the restaurant was 90% full with at least one or two loyal patrons that knew the servers and we were very satisfied. I don't come around this area too often, but now that I know my mechanic is in the area and since I began going to Costco down the road, I would stop by again in the near future. Highly recommended to those in the area "getting things done" to stop by for an intimate, good quality suhi/Korean fare! Oh, they also offer 25% off for takeout when you "Check In".

Absolutely delicious spot for fresh sushi. This is now the second time I've ordered takeout from this location and I have not been disappointed. I have ordered different rolls each time I've come here and the flavor is not missed. In previous orders my partner has also ordered their chicken teriyaki and their bulgoki entree dishes and let me tell you *chef's kiss perfect*. Every ingredient compliments one another. They have a wide variety of dishes and I am definitely going to be coming back. I cannot speak to dining on site, but this is an easy, no muss no fuss spot. Highly recommend!
